【公寓租期】 
租期可商议，预定后不可修改起租时间。

【费用详情】 
换房费是$162 (包含消费税），选房费是$54 (包含消费税）。
Peak period surcharges: 
June/November--3% 
July/August/December/January--7%
All rates quoted includes 7% Goods & Service Tax (GST).
Pillow/Pillow Case/Bed sheets are not included in the quoted rates.
A one-time administration fee of $180.00 is payable upon check-in.
Security deposit (equivalent to one month' s rental) and one month' s advance rental is to be paid upon signing of License Agreement and all payments must be made upon check-in.
Security deposit or booking fee (whichever is paid) will be forfeited if reservation/booking is cancelled.
Request to change unit during/after check in will be subjected to an administration fee of $160.50.
Limited selection of choice unit is available at an additional charge of $54.
Separate charges are applicable for utilities ie: water/electricity.
The management reserves the rights to change the above-mentioned rates and charges without prior notice.

公寓共有336间全新装修的房间，所有房间包括空调、衣柜、写字台和椅子。宿舍提供羽毛球场、篮球场、BBQ区域、健身房、洗衣机、烘干机、茶水间（微波炉、冰箱、热水器和电磁炉）、学习室、休闲室及24小时保安。可以满足不同需求的学生前来居住。

【地理位置】
公寓位于新加坡的中心地带，步行至牛车水地铁站只需要3分钟。宿舍坐落于珍珠山上，高层建筑可以鸟瞰新加坡CBD。公寓附近的珍珠坊大厦、牛车水大厦和史密斯街是新加坡各类美食的聚集地。新加坡本地的升松超市和NTUC超市满足学生的一切生活需求。公寓楼下有多辆公交车前往全岛各地。
公寓距离Chinatown地铁站600米。
距离PSB学院车程约8分钟。
距离Kaplan/SMU/NAFA/Lasalle 约3公里，车程5分钟。

【延期政策】
1. 至少在入住前两周通知公寓延期时间，需要提供具体的延期入住的日期。
2. 入住前可免费延期一次。如果需要再次延期需根据具体的情况，向公寓提交延期申请，是否可再次免费延期，需要等公寓回复。
3. 延期申请需要在入住前提交。入住后或不得免费延期的情况，扣除所缴纳定金。

【水电网费用】
每个人，每个月 $97.20
