What are the tenancy terms and deposit requirements?
1. 2-months security deposit
2. 1-month advance rental
3. 0.5-month utility deposit
4. A 30% admin fee covers the agreement preparation and stamping
5. A RM150 deposit per key and access card is required, which will be refunded upon checkout, provided the key and access card are returned in good condition. If you need two sets, the deposit will be RM300. If the access card is damaged, the client must pay RM150 to the building management to apply for a new card. Upon checkout, the owner will still refund RM150 as the original deposit.
Notes: Minimum tenancy terms are generally 12 months unless stated otherwise.
