The flatshare is strategically located in the "Les Chalets" neighborhood, in the heart of Toulouse. Many public transports, restaurants, shops are located near at hand. The apartment is on floor #1 . It is entirely equipped and includes a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, crockery, kettle, microwave, kitchen ustensils, pans, toaster… The accommodation also contains an ironing board, a clothes rack, an iron, a washing machine.
You will also find cleaning items in the accommodation: mop and bucket, dustpan and brush, broom, bagless hoover… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: water, household waste tax, unlimited wi-fi, condominium fees, housing insurance, electricity.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

The Chalets neighbourhood is ideally situated close to the historical city-centre. The area is bound to the north by the Canal du Midi and to the south by the boulevards Strasbourg and Arcole. It is nowadays one of the most densely-populated neighbourhoods in Toulouse. Here, you will discover the old mediaeval town, crossed by the ancient fortress walls and small alleys, which used to be agricultural byways. Have a look at the neo-gothic architectural style disseminated in the area – the Job Family Hotels and the Maison du Verrier also known as the Castel-Gesta are great example of this style. The Castel-Gesta is an historical monument may appreciate for its turrets, gargoyles and balconies… after visiting it, take a stroll along the banks of the Canal du Midi to find fresh air and a new bucolic environment. The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance
throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of
the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of
need for intervention in your accommodation.
