The flatshare is strategically located in the "Jeanne d'Arc" neighborhood, in the heart of Toulouse. Several shops, public transports, restaurants can be found nearby. The apartment is on floor #1 . It is entirely equipped and includes a complete kitchen with fridge, pans, microwave, kitchen ustensils, crockery, toaster, kettle… The flat also has an iron, an ironing board, a clothes rack, a washing machine.
You will also find cleaning items in the accommodation: mop and bucket, dustpan and brush, bagless hoover, broom… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: household waste tax, condominium fees, unlimited wi-fi, housing insurance, electricity, water.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

Joan of Arc is an historical neighbourhood in Toulouse, situated north-east of the city-centre and a few steps away from the famous Capitol and the Square having the same name. The neighbourhood is very well served by public transportation and it is close to the train station. Friendly and colourful markets make the boulevards lively, cafés and restaurants bring life to the Joan of Arc Square. A bronze statue of the far-famed French heroine Joan of Arc stands in the centre of the Square since 1922. Take a pleasant stroll down the Jean Jaurès alleys to discover the wide boulevards converted to ramblas. Runners and strollers love to gather here, follow the crowd till the hyper-centre of the Pink City, crossing the Canal du Midi. The great esplanade is fully reserved to pedestrians and will transform in the near future to accommodate new terraces and playgrounds. We hope you will find your ideal furnisged room thanks to us!

including foreigners and can help you financially to pay part of your
housing according to your situation whether you are French or foreign. To
find out the potential amount of your assistance, go to the CAF website and
complete the online APL (housing assistance) estimate.

Service fee : from 690€
The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance
throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of
the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of
need for intervention in your accommodation.
