There are caps amount for electricity and heating which will be specified in the rental contract. If the utility consumption exceeds the cap amounts, the tenants will have to pay the extra costs

It's mandatory a monthly cleaning from 45 euros up to 60 euros to be paid directly to the cleaning person.

Required documents: Copy of passport; Work contract/proof of income/financial support;Registration letter from University. Maximum rental period : 12 months. ANMELDUNG IS POSSIBLE.
